b.familiar with bread process sequencing, process flow and production skills熟悉面包工序排序，工艺流程和制作技巧；
c.implement hygienic standards for food production and processing, including personal standards and hygienic standards for equipment areas执行食品生产加工的卫生标准，包括个人标准、设备区域的卫生标准；
